Docx Formatting Bug Fixed

Updated Jobs List Page

Now the jobs page has improved support for organizations with dozens of jobs or more. New features include sort, filter, search functionality, and links out to view job posts externally and withing your ATS.

Evaluations Progress Bar

Now when you run AI evaluations, you can keep track of the progress of the job to approximate when it will be done. This is particularly useful for larger jobs with hundreds of applicants or more where evaluations could take a few minutes to run.

Greenhouse Integration Update: Synced Stage Changes

Now when you Advance or Reject a candidate inside of Endorsed, they get either advanced or archived within Greenhouse as well. This should speed up your workflow tremendously so you don't need to click on a candidate again within Ashby after you sort them in Endorsed. To set up the feature, you can visit the Manage page on one of your jobs and enter in an Advancing Stage and Rejection Reason.

You can now archive inactive jobs inside of Endorsed. This will help to reduce usage by allowing you to turn off jobs that you no longer need to be automatically evaluated - this means any new candidates evaluations for those specific jobs won't end up being counted to your usage.
